Evaluation of the prediction capability of AHP and F-AHP methods in flood susceptibility mapping of Ernakulam district (India)

Floods are one of the frequent natural hazards occurring in Kerala because remarkably high annual rate rainfall. The objective this study is to prepare flood susceptibility maps Ernakulam district by integrating remote sensing data, GIS, analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and fuzzy-analytical methods. Kerala's most flood-prone districts. development map can help raise awareness about risks flooding.
